This set of 2 steak knives is entirely handmade in the village of Laguiole, France, where the iconic Laguiole knife originated in the early 1800s. Each knife is crafted by the same master craftsman, ensuring exceptional quality and pride in every piece. The set features olive wood handles harvested in France or Italy, paired with 4-5/8 inch stainless steel blades. Each knife measures 9-1/4 inches overall and weighs 3.7 ounces. The bolsters and liners are 100% stainless steel for durability with a brushed stainless satin finish. Forge de Laguiole knives represent the highest quality available today. Hand washing is recommended, as these wood handle knives are not dishwasher safe. What's included: two steak knives, gift box, Forge de Laguiole certificate, and warranty and repair support.
