This steak knife set was entirely handmade in the village of Laguiole. Forge de Laguiole knives represent the highest quality offered in the market today. Each masterpiece is handcrafted by the same artisan to ensure pride in every completed piece. The Forge de Laguiole workshop is located in the tiny village of Laguiole, France, with a population of 1,300, where the Laguiole knife first appeared in the early 1800s. Handle Material: Cattle bone sourced from France. Blade: The blade measures 4-1/4 inches or 11.43 centimeters and is made of stainless steel. Size and Weight: The knife measures 9-1/4 inches or 23.5 centimeters in total length and weighs 3.7 ounces or 104 grams. Bolsters and Liners: Constructed from 100 percent stainless steel. Please note that this set is not dishwasher safe. What's Included: You receive the knife set, a gift box, a Forge de Laguiole certificate, and warranty and repair support.
