Le beffroi de Douai - Corot original travel poster, L. Danel-Lille. These posters promoted travel via rail in Europe.  This original poster has pencil notes estimating the date to 1955, but it may date earlier.  Linen backed and ready to be framed.  Image is photo of actual print / poster in normal indoor light.  Some wear and imperfections, but the poster is in great shape for framing and display. Measures 41.5" high x 27" wide with white space.  Railway posters promoted travel in France starting in the late 19th century.
