This two-piece steak knife set is handcrafted in Laguiole, France, a village of just 1,300 people where these iconic knives originated in the early 1800s. Each knife is individually made by the same master craftsman, ensuring exceptional quality and pride in every piece. The knives feature pistachio wood handles harvested in Italy, paired with 4-5/8 inch stainless steel blades. Each knife measures 9-1/4 inches overall and weighs 3.7 ounces, with 100% stainless steel bolsters and liners for durability. The satin finish adds a refined aesthetic to any table setting. Every set arrives in a gift box and includes a Forge de Laguiole certificate of authenticity, plus warranty and repair support. Hand wash only to preserve the wood handles and blade finish.
