This six-piece steak knife set is handcrafted in Laguiole, France, a village of just 1,300 people where the iconic Laguiole knife originated in the early 1800s. Each knife is individually made by a master craftsman, ensuring exceptional quality and pride in every piece. The handles are crafted from Karelian birch, a prized grain figure harvested in Finland, while the 4-5/8 inch stainless steel blades deliver precision cutting. Each knife measures 9-1/4 inches and weighs 3.7 ounces, with fully stainless steel bolsters and liners for durability. Satin / brushed stainless finish. Arrives in a gift box and includes a Forge de Laguiole certificate, warranty, and access to repair support. Hand wash only to preserve the wood handles.
