The Biographer is engineered with premium materials selected for longevity and performance. Heavy-duty 18 oz waxed duck canvas resists wear and weather, while 9 oz USA harness leather develops character over time. The construction features solid brass and copper hardware paired with an antiqued brass zipper—components that withstand rigorous use. A roll-top closure provides secure closure, and wool-padded straps distribute weight effectively for extended wear. The bag's tapered profile spans 13" at the opening to 10.5" at the base, standing 17.5" when closed with 4.5" depth. Organizational features include a 9" x 6.5" front pocket, a dedicated 3" x 5.5" side pocket for writing instruments, and a 10" x 12" interior pocket. This is a bag built for serious use and designed to improve with age.
